Large furnished Master Bedroom with King bed & PRIVATE Master bath, $1250 per month, all utilities included. Close to Intel RA campus, and close to hospitals including Kaiser westside. The 13x20 master bedroom is furnished with a desk, a large mirrored dresser, 3 lamps, reclining chair, small shelves, and walk-in closet. The spacious master bath includes a large mirror with two sinks, a reclining tub, and a tiled glass shower.

A modern washer & dryer are in the laundry room near the kitchen & pantry area. There’s an old Steinway grand piano in the main living room that would love to be played. Parking available on-site or street parking. This is a very safe, wonderful neighborhood! Just minutes away from shopping, groceries, pharmacy, and restaurants. Bus stop right at the end of street, and a short walk to Orenco Max Station.

My modern two-story 2300 sf home is in a desirable, safe, and quiet Orenco Hillsboro neighborhood. Close to INTEL Hawthorne Farms and Ronler Acres. Close to hospitals and medical clinics. Shopping, public transportation, and beautiful park/walking trails are very close.

I provide all utilities, hi-speed Wi-Fi, and bi-weekly Landscaping. Just asking that you keep the kitchen/bathroom clean after use. And use common courtesy and respect in the common areas.

$300 security deposit is required to hold the room for you, and $175 can be refundable. ($125 non-refundable for cleaning and move-in fee).

Typically you would sign a 2-3 month lease with option to extend under a month-to-month tenancy as needed.

There is no smoking/420/vaping/drugs of any kind allowed in or on the property. Excessive drinking on or off property is also not allowed - no partying or coming home intoxicated, etc.

I ask for no pets of any kind.

I am female, working from home full-time during the day, and I live in the home as well.
