About the room
Everything you could want in one of the most specious apartments in Chicago! Apartment is in great location and walking distance from shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery store, and public transportation. Building has two floors dedicated to amenities that include a huge heated pool, outdoor grills, complimentary coffee in building, game area, tech bar with Apple and PCs and free printing, state-of-the-art gym, yoga room, basketball court, and outdoor fire pits!
The space: Private (master) bedroom for rent in 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Bedroom is 20x15 feet with full walk-in closet. There will be another tenant in the apartment during your stay. Very nice 30-year old male, with career and will be gone during Monday-Friday regular working hours.
Guest access: Private bedroom with connected (shared) bathroom. Shared living room and kitchen.
Other things to note: Rent might be negotiable if you stay the entire 4 months. Please be respectful of apartment, roommate and be clean. The same goes for current roommate. He is VERY clean and keeps apartment in immaculate condition.
