South Avenue

We are a family of 4. My wife and I, my son who is 4 and goes to school, and daughter who is 4 months. We are looking for a responsible adult with no kids who is clean and pays there bills on time. Someone who works or goes to school most of the time. I am renting 1 bedroom with a closet. We share a bathroom on the top floor. There is a 2nd bathroom on 1st floor that is a half bathroom.
