Brick ranch home in a quiet safe neighborhood. Middle of the westside with great access to I-295, Blanding and Roosevelt Blvd. Bedroom has a queen bed and the bath is shared with only my son (44). Parking is outside on driveway. I am looking for a roommate as the one I had for 4 yrs is moving to be closer to work. This is NOT an ad for a relationship. Need a reliable and trustworthy roomer who does not do drugs and has ability to pay rent on time. Nobody with kids or exes and spouses who will be visiting. We have 1 small 3 yr old Pomeranian named Max. Friendly & cute! Additional pet may be considered on case by case basis. No large dogs. Will start with a 1 month lease to see if everything is a good fit for all parties. After that, we can extend the lease either a 6 mos or 12 mos term.

My son is 44yrs old, I am 65 going on 47 (LOL) and newly retired. My son is a Type 1 diabetic and does not work. There is a 3 yr old very friendly & cute Pomeranian named Maximillion (Max). The property is on a 1/2 acre. Seeking a trustworthy, reliable, drug free roomer to replace our roomer we have had for 4 years. Casual drinking is ok and outside smoking is ok. No parties, no visitors. No felons. A non-refundable security deposit of $100 is required. Rent due 1st of every month.
