I have one bedroom I’m currently using as a home office to rent out. If desired, the futon I have in the room can be left in here for a roommate. It folds out to a full size bed and has a pillow topper, probably the most comfortable surface in the whole apartment. I work for the company that owns the property, so maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. It’s a second story unit next to a nice lawn area overlooking single story units. Very quiet, next to a grocery store and a stone’s throw away from the mall.

I’d prefer to rent the room to a younger female professional or student non-smoker who respects the privacy of their roommates. All I’d request is rent be paid on time and we respect each other’s spaces and belongings. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Guests allowed on a case-by-case basis. Preferably no overnight guests. All spaces aside from the bedrooms are shared and completely furnished. Food isn’t provided but everything in the kitchen is available to use for cooking. 1/2 of rent is $587 but with all of the utilities and internet included, it comes to an even 750 split. AC, in-unit stacked laundry unit, plenty of storage, TV in living room with Netflix and Hulu, plenty of books you’re more than welcome to borrow, package service through the leasing office, on-site pool, and a super relaxed roomie (that’s me!).
