Guest bedroom for rent, Guest bathroom will be mostly yours although will still remain as guest bathroom. Good size walk-in closet, room has one southern facing window, bathroom has LED and anti-fog mirror and granite countertop. The breaker box is in guest room, so we may need occasional access in the event of an outage or repair. The entire exterior of the house has camera coverage. Laundry is outside on large patio that is cannabis smoke friendly. Patio has darts, ring toss, propane grill and fire pit, misters and a mister fan above outside seating area. Located at 101 and 202 intersections by Mesa Riverview- close to everything! There’s a community pool area by the mailboxes as well. Disclaimer: We have learned through experience that we are uncomfortable with our roomies having lots of people come over. So we are implementing a no overnight guest policy (that will be listed in roomie agreement). If you want your buddies around constantly, or want to throw get togethers, we would not be a good fit. We greatly value a low key and drama free home. We will reciprocate, we don’t have random people in the house. We’re not total buzz kills, we do like to have fun but just don’t like strangers and lots of stuff going on in the home.

Husband and I are both professionals, I work from home 2 days a week, in office 3, we are both off on weekends. Hubby works in construction so we are early to bed and early to rise. We do try to keep it down but in the summers he leaves as early as 4 AM and we are human and make some noises until he’s out the door. I’m always studying so someone who can be respectful of noises will 100% get it in return. We have a wiener dog named Duck and all she wants in life is cuddles and love, and will sometimes drop a toy at your feet to be tossed. We have an indoor cat named Goose, who is uncommonly friendly (and keeps off kitchen counters). We have a lovely salt water tank with 2 clown fish, Peanut and Butter that is full of beautiful colorful corals. We enjoy a zen and serene home, no obnoxious noises, loud movies, etc. We are advocates of headphones/air buds and hope to find the same. The home isn’t incredibly large, and we are making improvements as we can afford them; but it is clean and comfortable. We are huge on respect, and respecting each others property (don’t eat our food, we won’t eat yours). If we make a mess we clean it, and expect the same.
