Looking for a roommate to share my 3 bedroom pool home on a small lake. You will have the place to yourself a majority of the time because I am frequently at my boyfriend’s house about 45 minutes away. I have 2 outdoor cats that I need assistance with feeding on the days I am gone. For a little extra you could have the use of an additional bedroom. Great outdoor space and phenomenal neighborhood for bike riding and walking. Pool, gym, playground and tennis courts available in community. Designated parking spot in driveway. Small to medium sized, potty trained and well behaved dog welcome. Fenced yard and screened in pool. If renting the second bedroom, a child is welcome to stay too (so long as they know how to swim). Guests are welcome with prior approval.

Looking for easy going and neat female roommate. No drama. Payments must be paid when due. Shared cleaning responsibilities for common areas.
