We are a 31 year old female and 28 year old male couple living in 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3,500 sq ft house seeking someone to rent a room in our house. We currently have 2 male roommates (25 yrs old and 28 yrs old) each renting a room, but one will be moving out. Your main bathroom will be on the second floor shared with other male renter, but the other bathrooms in the house are available for your use as well. You will have access to the rest of the house, including fully functioning kitchen with all needed appliances and laundry in the basement. The large furnished basement has a pool table, air hockey and bar area. Large driveway for off-street parking. The bedroom can be available already furnished or unfurnished, depending on your need. It is large enough for any size bed, dressers, end table, etc. Bedroom has large closet, plenty of storage. All of us work full-time and get home at varying times throughout the week. We are seeking someone neat, reliable for rent, and willing to contribute to normal household cleaning. New renter must be respectful of the home and all of our things since you will be living with the homeowner. No pets. No smoking. Male or Female. The room that will be available is $900 a month for rent. Serious inquiries only. Security deposit will be required, but the amount can be determined based on circumstances. Room will be available for move-in on May 1st.
