Maki's room

We’re renting an unfurnished bedroom with a private bathroom at a brand new house (built in November 2022) in a new community of Oakley, CA. The room is for a single occupancy. You have access to the kitchen, the living room, the first floor bathroom, and the washer/dryer. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed.

We are a young married couple in our late twenties/ early thirties looking to rent out the extra rooms in our new home. My husband is a quiet individual and I am more of an outgoing person, but I could also be quiet sometimes as well. We both love food and I love outdoor activities.
