Two unfurnished rooms are available upstairs in a three bedroom apartment, must be ok with no guest sleepovers and no loud music, other rules may apply. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen. Smoke free, drug free, no alcohol. Must be willing to clean up after yourself and keep your shared spaces clean and free of your private belongings. Must fill out a rental application with Property Management, your name will be added to rental agreement. This is a month to month rental as long as you pay your rent. They charge a $35 processing fee. This is a no pet apartment complex. Room 1: $490 to be paid to Property Management Room 2: $485 to be paid to Property Management NOT INCLUDED: Monthly utilities, Electric, Internet, and cable are split by 3 people APPROX: $115 Monthly Available August 31, 2018
