About the room
I have a beautiful room for rent in a NEWLY RENOVATED apartment with full access to the home. $1100 a month which includes FPL, Xfinity, Netflix, and water bill. I can send more pictures if send me your cell. I have a very friendly dog and a kitten, so pets welcome! $500 deposit, plus $1100 first month, so $1600 to move in.
I have a bed and a TV for you if you need them, but you’re also welcome to bring your own stuff! Whatever works best for you. AND you also get your own bathroom!
