Jonathan's room

This house is 15 minutes from UCF and located in East Orlando. It is in a nice, quiet area and is large house with a garage and backyard. It has a spacious living area and kitchen and also a shared bathroom with one other person. Located near Publix, Walmart and Wawa. There is a beautiful park down the street which is great for walks. We’re located in a very safe area and the neighborhood is extremely friendly.

I just recently got married and moved out of this amazing house for us to start our new life together. Now my old home has an open room with some very great people still there. It is a 4x2 and you will share a bathroom with another person but everyone is very clean. Everyone is extremely friendly and also respectful, you never have to worry about anyone being too loud or rude. I guarantee an amazing stay!
