The room is available for immediate move in (September 1) upon background approval for a one year lease. The entire unit is a two bedroom with two bathroom so each person has their privacy. Total rent is $1300 excluding utilities. Separate fee will be split between you and I for utilities, electricity, and internet. Your share will be $650+half the utilities, which is usually $70-$80/mo in total. $200 deposit required with background check.
