Fiesta Way

I have an awesome condo in Oceanside right off the 76 and Mission Ave. Walking distance to grocery store, lowes, and a few food places. There’s a bunch of stuff within a couple mile radius as well.

It is a dual master bedroom condo, so the room for rent has its own full bath and walk-in closet. There’s also a 1/2 bath downstairs. I’m looking for a roommate I can hang out with and who is around my age (28) and works full time and is respectful and help clean and maintain the house. There are two parking spots in front of the unit as well as a ton of street parking. The unit is close by the pool and I have a bbq on the patio. I’m into motorcycles, photography, HiFi audio, DIY projects and craft beer and I usually relax after work and watch TV or listen to music. I’m looking for a fun roommate and not just some person to rent the room. You get full house privileges and I have pretty much everything already. The room is empty and you’ll need to bring your own furniture.

The full bed/mattress in there is for scale of room, but if you want/need it, you can use it. Otherwise I’ll get rid of it.

Utilities are included in rent. It’s $1,200 bucks a month all in. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have
