DeAndre's room

The property is extremely centralized. It is walking distance to International Mall and Raymond James Stadium, 10 minutes to downtown/University of Tampa, and about 15 minutes to Ybor City. It is close to every major highway, making trips to St. Pete or Clearwater anywhere from 20-30 minutes. My home is perfect for students and working professionals. The house is always clean and furnished beautifully with every amenity you may need. The property is a three story townhouse with the room available for rent on the 1st floor, the sole room on the floor. It is fully furnished, with a nice size walk in closet. The 2nd floor houses the kitchen and living room area. If you are big on privacy, we will rarely see each other outside of trips to the kitchen and out to the garage. The neighborhood is beautiful with a pool and outside grilling.

The property is currently occupied by a male and two females in there twenties that are a paralegal and engineer respectively. We are hard working, but are always down to entertain our friends on the weekends. We are big on cleanliness and do well to keep things quiet, but will occasionally have a friend or two over for a game night. I ask that you do not smoke in the room, and leave all smoking activities to the balcony on the 2nd Floor.
