Furnished or Unfurnished Master Bedroom available in a 2 bed,2 full bath apartment. Shared spaces are already furnished with the basics, but there’s space for you to add your personal items if you would like to. You have an assigned parking space and the guest parking is along the street and on the first floor of the parking structure.

A little about me.. I’m a 40-year-old Korean female. I work full time and I mostly keep to myself but I’m very friendly and young at heart. I’m fairly clean and like to keep the place organized. I don’t do drama. I’m passionate about Feng Shui so I’m a huge advocate for maintaining balance and harmony in the home. The reason I am looking for a roommate is that my current roommate is moving overseas and our lease ends on October 31st. I’m looking for someone to sign a 6-month lease with me and split the utility bills.

Guests are welcome, within reason of course. No long-stays if not listed on lease and keep the overnighters/event nights to the weekends. No large parties unless discussed and agreed to. Complex rules for guests in the Common areas are strict.
