This is a room that has a separate entrance from the rest of the house, a private bathroom,paid utilities,wifi,and a flat screened wall mounted TV. A small refrigerator and a microwave are set to one side of the bathroom area and there’s tons of room for food in closed shelves. A small toaster oven could be used. There are no shared areas in the house. The room is secured with locks. The house is located in a great neighborhood and close to the U of O. It also has a major bike path ( Fern Ridge) that takes you into downtown Eugene in minutes. The room can also come unfurnished but it’s great for someone that has few belongings. If you like quiet then this room is for you. The owner is a woman and lives on the premises and has a small dog. The owner also is a musician that practices occasionally.
