Super comfy king sized memory foam mattress with mattress protector, complete with a 14 inch high bed frame, perfect for under-bed storage. There’s a small bedside table with open storage, a medium bedside table with 2 draws, and a small metal filing cabinet. The walls have adjustable wire shelving installed and there’s a wide window sill for additional storage. Black out curtain for people who work nights or like to sleep in on weekends.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with cookware that you are absolutely welcome to use. In-unit washer and dryer is in the kitchen as well.

Beautiful view of the Snohomish River and Mount Baker Snoqualmie National Forest from the balcony. There is some space in the balcony storage unit if you need to throw a few things in there as well.

Plenty of street parking right outside the building, I never have trouble finding a spot.

Within walking distance of Everett Community College and Washington State University of Everett, so this room is perfect for students! There’s also a pub and a handful of restaurants in walking distance. Plus it’s right around the corner from Broadway, so the bus is right there if needed and you’re just 5 minutes from downtown, but still away from noisy traffic.

I’m the person moving out, and I’m only leaving because I’m moving in with my boyfriend to save money.

It can be a gamble moving in with randos from the internet, but the two dudes you’ll be moving in with are the best random roomies I’ve ever had! We’ve lived together for 2 years and there’s been zero drama. As a women, I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe with them. We all kinda kept to ourselves, but were super communicative when needed. Both of them are chill, accommodating, respectful, and friendly, so you don’t have to worry about accidentally moving in with crazies!
