About the room
I have a 2/2 apartment at the Coral Gables, a 5-minute walk to Dadeland Mall, Target, Dicks, Ross, and other shopping centers, and 1 mile driving to Publix. The community is decent, quiet, and convenient. It’s close to the metro, shopping center, 1.5 miles from a big Publix. If you are a student or staff from UM, it’s only 3.5 miles from UM campus.
- Minimum 6 months lease, monthly $2000 plus $125 parking fee (if you need)
- One-time pay, non-refundable $275 includes a fob, background check, and administration fee.
- Deposit, $1500, refundable security deposit, needs to be paid on the day moved in, and will be refunded on the last day of moving out.
- Utilities include a gym, swimming pool, and free Starbucks coffee (7-12 am) for free. Other public entertainments on the 8th floor are also free, but you only need to pay when you make a reservation.
About the roomies
ONLY TAKE ONE PERSON TO LIVE. BACKGROUND CHECK NEEDED FOR NON-STUDENT. To my future roomie, I hope you are easy-going, clean, honest, reliable, and well-organized with a stable job. No party in the apartment, but you can enjoy the pool, gym, and other amenities. Respect each other. If you are a UM student, background check is not needed. But you are not a student status, background check is necessary because I don’t hope to get in trouble since I am not charge a lot deposit.
