Utah Street

I am lookingfor a roommate to live with me in a 1,200 square foot house that has 2.5 bedrooms. I’m seeking someone who is considerate, kind, clean, employed, enjoys a good laugh, and even a meal or two together. Ultimately, I want someone who feels like this is their home and not just someplace to crash.

The room will be unfurnished when you move in, has plenty of natural light and faces Utah Street and is half a block from Adams Avenue. There is a shared bathrom and the room comes with a parking space in the alley, and the house also has a washer and dryer in the unit. The .5 bedroom has a closet and half of this goes to my new roommate. It also offers lots of storage space for things like tools, surfbords, etc. There is a gated (locked) yard in the back and a lovely space to do some gardening or store your bike.

This room/home is available on February 1st and you will need to be on the lease.
