I have a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor of a town home. All ultillies are included. All appliances are upgraded. What I’m offering is converted space in living room that we have turned into area for a Roomate. The couches turn into a bed. There is a huge 50 inch flat screen tv. You will have your personal space for clothes. I love living here because my landlord has really upgraded everything and I just feel happy and relaxed when I’m there. I do have a well behaved 9 year old daughter that will be in my room. Perfect starter apartment for college student.
