Hi! The room Is very spacious, for size reference the bed in the room is a king. It has a nice backyard, driveway space, 2 refrigerators so plenty of room for food, and the kitchen is pretty updated. The living room is also huge and has a door closing it off to the rest of the house for privacy if wanted. It’s right off the freeway, and there’s a park that’s about a 2 minute walk away.
There are currently 3 other roommates, 2 guys, 1 girl from ages 24 to 35. We’re all friendly with each other, guests always allowed. The house is pretty quiet. We care about keeping a clean home so we split up chores to do.
