FURNISHED BEDROOM / UTILITIES INCLUDED: Great bedroom in a two story apartment literal steps from the C Train (and minutes from Manhattan). Cool little neighborhood close to Prospect Park, with lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

Good lighting, fully furnished, with some light remodeling last year. Shared full bath, full kitchen, good-sized living room, and some storage space. As I have my own half bath, so the full bath will mostly be yours to use.

There’s a dog and cat in the apartment, 7 and Q. 7 is the bestest good girl, and Q is exactly what you would expect from a tiny cat that spends all his time acting VERY put upon.

Utilities are included (AND I have a washer/dryer in the apt!). Security Deposit of $1800 will be required up front. COVID test or proof of vaccination is required, one or the other. Finally, this is not a child-friendly apartment (as in the structure itself isn’t). Couples might be considered at a higher rent rate, but honestly, the room is not a good size for two people.

I’m a pretty straightforward, though a bit of a dork. I’m big into all things pop culture, all things running and working out, and all things whiskey & wine tasting. I travel when I can, for work and personal. Other than that, I’m usually just hanging out at home.
