Large backyard, in unit washer and dryer, lots of storage space in shared closets. 2 friendly female roommates in their late 20s to early thirties. Currently there is a cat and dog, unfortunately there isnt room for more pets.
More details: Room: The available room has two large windows (east and south facing), a large closest and plenty of space for a full or queen sized bed. You will share a bathroom, with a bath and shower, with one other tenant.
Shared spaces: lots of room for storage in closests and shed. Washer and dryer unit in the basement. Two lounge areas (living room and basement) with TVs and comfortable couches.
About the roomies
Roommates: two females in their late twenties early thirties. One works as a cook at a country club and the other works as a city engineer. Both are welcoming and tend to hang out occasionally over a movie. Tony (tabby cat) super friendly and loves to smell things. Toshi is a quiet and playful Sheeba who will frequently ask for pets.
