The room for rent is the Master Bedroom with its own private full bathroom, large balcony and two large closets. It’s basically a separate apartment. In the apartment we have a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. It is situated on the second floor of the building. Having nobody above us is nice and quiet. Living room is spacious and offers a nice balcony over looking the street with views of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. The open concept living room and kitchen area is 600 sq. feet.
