Searching for 1-2 witchy women to join a home in Douglas Park

2 bedrooms & 1 private bath available.

These could be taken by one or two people.

If taken by two people, the bath would be shared with the one other person.

Bedrooms are Unfurnished. Common Areas are Fully Furnished.

$1000 for Bedroom #1

$1100 for Bedroom #2

Or $1950 for Both (for one person)

Security Deposit is one month’s rent

We split utilities and household supply costs.

Runs November 1 - May 31 2024 (7 mos)

The House is Has:

A big backyard with a porch

A double garage turned into ritual & social space.

A light filled living room

A separate media den with tv, roku, record player & DVD player

2 kitchens (one with an oven, one without)

A huge fitness room with vertical and horizontal poles, weights, etc.

4 full bathrooms

1 would be yours (if renting both rooms, shared if not)

1 other has a soaking tub that is shared on request 🛁

A small music/filming room

We are:

A household of 3 witchy friends

A priestess, a novelist & a pole dancer.

Kind creative & open minded

A community hub: The Priestess hosts many events but always with notice of when and which parts of the home will be in use. They don’t run past 10:30 if they’re on weeknights. Housemates are welcome but no pressure to attend.

A pet friendly home - we have 2 cats and a 50 lb dog.

Our ideal housemate would:

Be respectful & thoughtful of others.

Be down with fire safety measures.

Be down with doing your share of chores (we may have a chart if we need)

Aim for clear communication.

You’ll be living with a cam artist and a pole dancer so please be sex and body-positive. We are very chill and respectful of boundaries.

Please be queer-friendly, anti-racist, feminist, generally kind and compassionate

Our ideal housemate would NOT:

Have pets of their own (unless they’re the kind that mostly stay in a cage). Our older cat can’t handle the stress of a newbie to interact with.

Be super noise sensitive. We’re not a crazy loud household but there is often music, dancing & happenings about.

Be a couple. Visiting overnight partners are completely welcome but we prefer not to have the dynamic of having both sides of the couple as housemates.
