Looking to rent room to honest and respectful professional Preferrably someone in their mid 40’s as I’m drama free and looking to keep it that way LOL It’s in a quiet retirement community therefore no smoking, parties or overnight guests. Perfect for someone who is low key, responsible and willing to take care of the property to keep it clean and safe. I work from home most of the time so one must be ok with that aspect.
