Our fully furnished 3rd floor suite is our most popular space in the house. Super quiet and private. One queen size bedroom, one private living room and one bathroom comprise the entire floor. While there is a mini fridge in your private living room, you also have full access to the first floor fully stocked kitchen as well. The extra unique component is that we have a full gym as well as laundry in the finished basement. And for warmer months, we are right next door to the Hemenway Park and have a fabulous large porch available for either working or sipping a glass of wine at night.

This listing is for the entire third floor of a beautifully restored victorian home. We use the first floor during the day only for our business, but the kitchen is fully available to you as well as all other common areas in the house. We do not live in this house, but live in the Victorian next door. The ideal candidate would be seeking a quiet neighborhood setting. The second floor has two bedrooms that are also available for rent, but we generally use those for people visiting briefly for our business. If you are looking for quiet and private, this is a great space for you. Easy access to Adams Village and other local restaurants and grocery stores.
