my lease is up July 1st, I could possibly be interested in renewing if I find the right roommates. the house is in a nice quiet community off of hwy 27. its a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath 2 story home. the room is located on the second floor with a bathroom attached, there is a TV mounted in the room, besides that it is unfurnished.
