I am looking for a someone to take over my lease from September 1st to end of May. What I love the most about this atp is the location, in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. Only a few minutes away from Times Square, Subways and greats bars/restaurants.
You will share the apt with 3 amazing roommates (1 french and 2 austrian, 22-23 years old), all in restaurant industry. Friendly, fun, always in to have a drink and share some times together, and respectful with cleanliness.
I spend a lot of great times in NYC during my experience and I am sure you will do it too because of the amazing location and my lovely roommates !
