Welcomed to your future home: The Colonnade Apartments - Shared Apartment

This is a shared 1 bedroom/1bathroom apartment; private Bedroom for rent in a one bedroom apartment but we will be sharing the bathroom. Bedroom has large closet with glass doors and lots of natural light. Living space will be where I stay, picture shows normal living space but I’ll be with a divider for myself. Bedroom shows furnishings for an idea of size but will be unfurnished for move in. I will update with new picture with divider in the living space .

Not only is San Jose State University within walking distance to The Colonnade, but a variety of pedestrian-friendly shops, gourmet restaurants and recreational opportunities are also close by. Numerous restaurants within walking distance, public transportation, just minutes from Light Rail Stations and close to major highways.

You will be sharing an apartment with a single woman with two small friendly dog, we welcome students and singles to share the space. A family, pet friendly and diversity welcoming community. Everyone is friendly and friendly welcoming in the apartments complex. I am friendly and looking to find a responsable person for a minimum of 3 months. The rent is 1,500.00 and includes WiFi. The pg&e can be discussed and fair. A deposit of 1,000.00 and available as of February 2024

Apartment Features: all-electric kitchen with breakfast bar, ceiling fan in kitchen, dishwasher and laundry on-site just not in the unit.

I am a full time employee who works 10-12 hours a day, 5 days a week and I have a miniature dachshund who’s 11years old and a Yorkie whose 10 months old. She does tend to bark as she was my service animal for my hearing but she is really easy to love. My Yorkie is sweet and timid as he is still a pup.I have lived at this property for over two years and enjoy this building. There are goods and bad for example the homeless downtown but we do have security available all time. I’m easy to talk to and love dogs.
