An amazing house in an amazing location! Walking distance to the Gulch and Midtown. Your living space essentially is the whole 3rd floor to yourself. You have your own bedroom, bathroom, and a large loft style area with plenty of natural sunlight. There is even a deck with a tiki bar however this is considered to be communal space. Available to move in now.

I am Rox who has moved out and looking for someone to sign my portion of the lease. Long story short my life changed and I now work early on the weekends and wanted to be in East Nashville for the music scene. With that said, you would be sharing a home with two awesome girls who work later night service industry jobs. The house is cozy and for the most part we all keep to ourselves but enjoy each others company. I also want to note this house is not a party house. I am looking for someone who is respectful and responsible to take over my spot with these friends of mine.
