About the room
I have one room available on February 2nd 2023 as my current roommate is moving but I will be staying and renewing so I need a new roomie. Females only! Rent is about $950 a month (utilities included). My roommate will be leaving with the furniture and the dogs so it will be primarily unfurnished (including living spaces) We have a pool, a gym, and Amazon lockers. You will get the larger of the two bedrooms with an attached bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is also a balcony and in unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The apartment complex is located in Phoenix, near Glendale and 10 minutes from MWU (the cross streets are near N 35th ave and Deer Valley Rd)
About the roomies
Some about me; l’m a PSYD student at MWU, and it’s my first year. I enjoy the outdoors and anything artsy. pretty much keep to myself and am focused on schoolwork and art.
