This is a private bedroom with or without bed. Shared bathroom. My son is away at college, so the closet will be locked and not accessible. Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Includes kitchen privileges and washer/dryer. Lease is for 6 months or month to month. Property has pool, jacuzzi, grill and small gym. No parking spot available, but located across the street from bus station. No pets

Myself and my daughter live here, along with our two poodles. We both come and go a lot, between jobs and school.
