Our lease rate is per person, month-to-month, however, must have at least an intent to stay at least a year. Background check (criminal & credit) and renter’s insurance is required. Coin laundry ($4 per load, $2 per machine, used to replace machines if break down and hep with utility costs).

Managed/owned by licensed real estate agent (AC CS), remotely monitored modern electronic key locks and security cameras outside.
