The Meridian Apartment complex is beautiful, boasting lovely landscaping, gym, laundry room, a large pool area (including, fire pit, entertainment area, lounge chairs.

The apartment is on the first floor with a large yard and patio area. The flooring is both hardwood and carpeting. The kitchen is a good size and dining and living room area is furnished with room for your furnishings. You have a private room that can fit a king size bed with a built in wardrobe. There is a separate shared walk-in storage room.

The apartment is very close to downtown Walnut Creek, BART, bus route, movie theater and more.

There will only be 2 people living in the apartment. I am a very a 36 year old kind, thoughtful, and hard working person. I work full-time at Manor Care Nursing facility nearby. I love to hang out with close friends eating out, walking, shopping and going to the movies or shows. I would love to find a roommate that I can hopefully hang out with who is kind and considerate. I do have a 17 pound Yorkshire Terrier dog who is fine with other similarly size breeds.
