Grove Street

This property is the basement apartment to a house down a hill from campus. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the CU Rec Center. I’m looking for someone to sublease, then take over the lease from January 1st (date flexible) to July 31st, when the lease ends. The sublease is for my individual room. Internet is not included. Washer and dryer in unit. Small pets are allowed, but there’s an additional fee and the pet needs to be cleared with the landlady. Parking is available. Subleaser needs to have landlady agreement.
