Hi! My two roommates and I (2 guys 1 girl mid 20s) are looking for a fourth roommate to join us in our lovely apartment in Corona Heights from January on. Your room will be one of the biggest in the house, with sweeping views of the city. Some details about the place: The apartment is 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 1850 square feet. The open room has large bay windows that provide a panoramic view of SF, all the way down to the water. We got a great deal on the apartment; rent for your room will be just $1400. Our lease is month to month. We have a cute backyard that we share with our neighbors, where we soak up the sun (when it’s out) and attempt to grow veggies. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment. Our location is super central. We’re less than a 10 minute walk from the heart of the Castro, the Muni, and Corona Heights Park. You can walk to Dolores Park/the Mission in 20 minutes, and Noe Valley, Lower Haight, and Hayes Valley in around 30 minutes.
