Alki Avenue Southwest

Hello! I’m looking for someone to rent my second bedroom starting September 1st. My place is located in West Seattle on Alki Beach, with a gorgeous view of the Puget Sound, the Olympics and Cascades, and the space needle! The room is a fairly large space with plenty of sunlight and closet space. The pictures show the room furnished, but it will be unfurnished when you move in. You would be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me.

I am looking for someone who works a lot and stays primarily to themselves when at home. I am a queer female. I would prefer someone who is LGBTQ friendly. I work from home and am studying for my Master’s degree, so I spend a lot of time in the living room area and prefer quiet alone time most weekdays. I’m not antisocial, but I am a professional so I’m mostly looking for someone similar. Cleanliness is also a must! Unfortunately no cats since I’m allergic. Dogs will be considered if the dog gets along with my dog and is well behaved.

Rent is $925/month. This includes WSG and electricity. Internet is separate. Move in cost is first and last month’s rent. Please let me know if you have any questions! I’m happy to answer them.
