Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home w/ 2 car garage and large backyard minutes from Midtown Sacramento in the Brentwood neighborhood just south of Land Park. Looking to move into the unit the last week of December and looking to rent the second bedroom and master bathroom to an individual. I am single, no kids, no pets, and would be living in the other bedroom, with plans to use the 3rd bedroom as an office. House was completely remodeled 3 years ago and comes with brand new appliances, along with a full size washer/dryer in the garage. Rental rate does not include gas/electricity/internet and would be split evenly.

Single, clean, active and a huge foodie, I wfh during the day as a project manager and most evenings I am either working out or home making dinner. Easy going, but very clean. Looking for a roommate that shares these values and where there is mutual respect and good communication. Non smoker, no drugs. Unfortunately no pets allowed under the lease agreement.
