About the house: We’ve got a spacious kitchen/ dining room, a cozy living room, two full bathrooms, and a laundry/ storage room (with washer/ dryer). We’ve also got a lovely backyard with space to grow some things if you’re into that! We have access to the entire main floor, which is actually the 2nd floor. There are 2 units below us on the ground floor, as well as a separate granny unit in the backyard.

About the Room: -Available starting December 19th– month-to-month lease, but we hope to find a longer-lasting fit =) -The room is on the smaller side- ideal for someone without too much stuff! -At the back of the house, farthest from communal spaces/ other rooms -More space in hallway outside of the room for shelving/ storage if needed

*Monthly utilities (internet, PG&E, water) average about $100/ month per person, depending on the season

We (Derek, Mulika & Michael) are three gay men in our 20s and 30s, looking for one more laid back and stable person to join our home! Derek teaches 5th grade down the street, and keeps busy with various sports and trivia nights. Mulika attends grad school at Berkeley and keeps busy with schoolwork, cooking delicious food, and gym sessions. Michael is also a part-time grad student, works in biotech, and keeps busy with several a cappella groups and his cat Poppy! We all enjoy the occasional game night/ movie screening/ dinner party at the house, and are alcohol and 420 friendly. We clean up our messes and value leaving communal spaces tidy!
