Free to use everything including gas grills for barbecues. Plenty of stores, medical centers, restaurants, & other businesses within walking distance. Plenty of guest parking. Security, first & last month required upon move in.

I’m pretty quiet & I keep the place tidy. I’m either not home, in my room, or working with my clients. I’m a holistic healer/licensed massage therapist from New York. I specialize in healing injuries and pathologies. I just moved in November 1st, so I will be furnishing the place. Just want to know my roommate’s taste first.
