I’m looking for male preferably or female roommates. The room is big enough for couples, too. You can organize with my roomie which room you want, the master bedroom with private bathroom is 20% more than the other room with share bathroom with the living room. Ask me about prizes!!

It’s conveniently located to I-85 and the MARTA network. You’ll have no problem getting to work with major employers such as Georgia Power or Georgia Tech just a short commute away. The address puts you near top retail and leisure destinations, including Ponce City Market, Publix, and Old Fourth Ward. There are also plenty of onsite recreation areas, such as a rooftop deck with a green space and a saltwater pool, clubhouse with a game area and a Starbucks coffee bar, plus as a fully-equipped fitness studio. And also a resident business center, furnished units, and 24/7 maintenance that grant you even more ease. About the house:

• The bedroom is plenty large enough for a bedroom+home office.

• $1.173/month (no utilities included, water and electricity; gas, pest control and landscaping is included) and $1110 deposit (includes your application fee).

• You’ll have your private bathroom (with two sinks) and a private dresser.

• All common appliances (oven, laundry, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc.) are furnished.

• You only need to furnish your bedroom. (I can offer you my furniture with a discount if you would like).
