About the room
We are in a newly developed neighborhood right across from the Goodyear Rec center. About a mile and a half from the freeway. The room is spacious and clean with one previous roommate who resided from September to December. The house is a new build and you’ll have access to all living spaces. We are cannabis friendly but only ask any use be done outside. All new appliances with large pantry. Jack an Jill bathroom for the shared restroom! We are negotiable with pricing. Only listed as 850 to include the portion of utilities !
About the roomies
I work from home, and my boyfriend and I share the master bedroom. He is currently Air Force. We have two ESA dogs named Noodle (Pit Bull) and Zaida (German Shepherd) they are very friendly and well behaved. Unfortunately we are allergic to cats so we cannot be cat friendly :(. We have one other roomate who is also in the Air Force as well.
