Room available in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,259 sq ft. home in Clearwater, FL. You also get your OWN BATHROOM. The house is located in a neighborhood with nearby shopping, not too far from US 19, Hwy 275 & Hwy 60. A quick drive to downtown Clearwater, Dunedin or Safety Harbor and many bicycle and walking trails nearby. Also, the beach is only 20 minutes away!

PROXIMITY: Nearby Hwy US 19 – 2 mins Interstate Hwy 275 - 10 minutes Florida State Road 60 – 8 minutes Publix Grocery store – 5 minutes Target, Walmart - 8 minutes or less Countryside Mall – 12 mins

Room: ($850 per month): 13’ x 9’. It is furnished with a double bed, 4-drawer dresser, nightstand with lamp, bookcase, and TV with cable. It has a closet with folding doors and a top shelf for storage. In case more storage is needed, there is an additional closet in another room that can be used. It is quiet and very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully. :)

Bathroom: You have access to your own bathroom with tub, shower, sink, and toilet. I may occasionally use the bathtub.

PETS – I have a nice dog, Frankie the Aussiedoodle, that lives here. PLEASE NO OTHER PETS OR CHILDREN. We are only allowed one pet per unit so I cannot have additional pets.

I am a pretty mellow person. I work from home as an accountant. If we vibe well and you have the right attitude let’s be housemates!

LEASE TERMS: Month to month with signed lease and roommate agreement. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent. ($850). I will not do a six-month or 1-year lease because life changes quickly and you might want to move to Hawaii within the next year :-). I do not plan on having you stay for only a month but it will make things easier for both to keep it at one month.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the security deposit and first month’s rent saved up ($1700) please do not contact me. I need someone mature and who is able to save money and who is serious in order to proceed to have you as a roommate.
