The apartment: 2 bedroom 2 office 2 bath with the living areas centered between bedrooms. I use my extra room as a yoga/study area. For rent: private full bathroom and two large rooms unfurnished or partially furnished (bed, side tables, chairs, dresser and closet system). Common living area and kitchen shared with me and my senior dog. Backyard and laundry area shared also with a small poodle and 2 humans. The complex: two renovated houses into a 4 plex. Common laundry and large fenced yard. Off street parking, 2 cars max. Neighbors are all wonderful.

I am 36, 6 month resident of Florida, and love Wilton Manors. I am originally from New Orleans. Currently working on my teacher training to be a Primary Montessori Guide and working at a local school. I have studying, reading, and writing to do while home. I also enjoy yoga, binging tv shows, listening to music, being outside. I try to sleep early since I wake up early: 8pm-5am. I drink socially. Smoking is allowed outside. Mister Rose is my sweet, almost 13 year old hippopotapup (75lbs Pitty-American Bully type dog). I have had him for almost 2 years! He was a covid-adoption while I was living in San Diego for school. MR is very chill, the goodest boy, and super spoiled. He has bad allergies, skin issues, and deformed paws (he has puppy sneakers!) Luckily, we have figured everything out with his doctors so he can live happy and comfy through his golden years. He loves other humans and dogs; he is not okay around cats, sadly. He is used to having people/dogs around and not a fan of being alone for too long. $100 off monthly rent if you are able to help with him while I am at work.
