All utilities and wifi included! Freshly painted and updated single room on second floor of house with your own private bathroom. Use of kitchen and washer/dryer. Can provide furniture if needed. I have a small dog (corgi) who is super friendly and rarely barks. House will be very quiet most of the time since there will just be the landlord and one future tenant in the house.
