About the room
Hi there! I am looking for a female to rent one of my extra bedrooms, it will be available on February 13th.
I do require a background and credit check for safety reasons and to show that you are serious the cost for that is a non refundable $50.
However, this is not your typical renting situation I am in search of someone who loves dogs (and doesn’t mind dog hair) but doesn’t have any of their own. I am looking for someone who is kind, respectful and trustworthy. I am looking for someone who can help care for my four dogs on occasion in exchange for work trade.
About the roomies
I am the owner of the home with my husband who is in the Navy, he will also be on deployment until June / July.
