Apar's room

I am renting a 2b2b in Alhambra Triangle, and right next to Midtown. Both the apartment and community are at a great location with easy access to everything.

$2800 is the total rent for the whole apartment; parking and utilities are extra. Property management will request background check before move-in.

The community has a pool, pool table and a lounge area. Washer, dryer, dishwasher are present in-unit. Both the community and parking are gated. It is a luxury apartment with stainless steel appliances.

I am very friendly, clean and respectful person. Looking for a roomie who will keep the shared areas clean.

I am a vegetarian and prefer vegetarian/vegan roommates.

I like to stay active and play a lot of sports. I will WFH 2-3 days a week.
