Room available in apartment located in Flagler Village in the heart of Ft Lauderdale, off of Las Olas. The building is only 3 years old and the amenities included are a gym, pool, business and media room. Room can come furnished - I’m willing to sell my furniture to you. Private bathroom/parking also included.

I’m currently looking for someone (female) to replace me as soon as possible. You would be living with my friend/roomate, who’s a very nice and calm person who works from home with a 13 year old Labrador - you must like dogs and have good credit.
